1. Introduction

Neetix AI Private Limited ("Neetix", "we", "our", "us") operates Credit Engine and the Neetix Suite. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal and business data when you use our website, APIs, and SaaS products.

2. What data we process

We process: (a) account and contact information you provide; (b) usage logs and telemetry from our APIs and dashboard; (c) bureau report data submitted by you for evaluation. Bureau data is processed on your behalf — we act as a data processor, not controller.

3. How we use data

Account data is used to provision access, send service updates, and bill. Telemetry powers debugging, reliability, and capacity planning. Bureau data is processed only to produce the evaluation response you requested; we do not retain or repurpose it.

4. Data sovereignty

On Managed Cloud plans, your data is hosted in India region (AWS Mumbai). On Enterprise / On-Prem plans, your data never leaves your infrastructure — we ship a Docker stack you deploy and operate.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing. We use service providers (cloud infra, email, billing) under data processing agreements. Bureau data is never shared with any third party.

6. Security

End-to-end encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). HMAC-signed API requests. Strict access controls, audit logging, and quarterly penetration testing. Aligned with ISO 27001 controls.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Email privacy@neetix.in with the request and we will respond within 30 days.
